Meeting notes:  

Sadly, only Dave managed to show up as Slarty(Peter) forgot and Ms. Slavens wasn't able to find us.

Still, we had a rousing game of Harry Potter TCG  a few good discussions on the state of Harry Potterdom and Anime.

We hope our next turn out is more successful as we begin to celebrate the holiday season.
 

Note for the future:

Folks, let’s keep to the topic in which we got together about shall we? I realize there are gamers in this group but if you want to discuss the latest online RPG then please do it outside of the formal meeting.

If you want more or better variety of activities send a suggestion to our email address.

Note for all other readers:

Please submit any URL’s pertaining to your group (anime, Dr. Who, Harry Potter, etc.) to this address so we can add it to our URL list at the end of the newsletter as we like to keep all our friends and associates aware of such wonderful organizations ~

This will be an open schedule with discussions on language, manga, and other thing’s anime related.  

*Bring Your Own Anime this and part of the business meeting are dedicated to our die-hard members and friends occurs just before or just after the FUNimation screening.

We will do our best to have children’s programming but please remember none of the Club staff is responsible for what others bring.  The content is the sole responsibility of the bringers. Also we are not a baby-sitting outfit! Anyone visiting the library should not just dump their kids (small children) with us ~ PLEASE!

At the beginning of the meeting, and at the lunch break I, your club librarian, will be available for q&a along with one of our intrepid club officers. If a dinner is scheduled for after the meeting ~ that will be the next best time for questions.

*Viewer's Choice can be anything brought in by anybody except Hentai or Anime Music Video's not brought by us. We do take requests though!

The Denver Anime Meet – Up group usually has a meeting scheduled for the 2nd or 3rd Friday of the month. Check with the site –

UCCS should also have their schedule on their website for the new year. They usually meet every friday during the evening at the UCCS campus. For directions and times please see the website, which is listed on the opposite column.  

A voluntary listing provided by any club that wishes to post its program schedule here. This will list a monthly schedule along with the date of the meeting. Currently A.N.I.M.E. Club is the only organization participating.

All schedules are due by the last week of the month prior to the month of the scheduled meeting. Or if your group/organization has already approved the posting please include the schedule, meeting time, place, and any age restrictions due to content (i.e. ratings from G- R)

- The Colorado Springs Fan site for the entire city of Colorado Springs anime meet – up and the site for the online newsletter. I put the main page in so you may sign up first before exploring the A.N.I.M.E. Club portion of the site. I believe that Dave has posted the correct URL for the A.N.I.M.E. The newest and hopefully last incarnation of the A.N.I.M.E. Website. It is still a work in progress and we are still seeking a new mascot and some input for other projects.
