Meeting notes
Dave, Peter and myself had quite a time at Old
Chicago. Both gents walked away with an XL size Shingu: Secret of the Stellar
Wars t–shirt and Dave got a volume 1 of Boogiepop Phantom.
If you think you should have gotten a goody or two well then… next time show up. It’s
that simple. We give away promo art mini–posters, Medium to Small art and advert cards. We
even have CDs of anime music from time to time. This week we had the soundtrack from
Excel Saga and Aquarian Age! Plus, we still have Arsene Lupin the
3rd key chain accessories as well as some Baldr bumper stickers. I guess this
means more good things at COSine in
January of 2009.
We would have discussed Denvention3 but we never got
a reminder about it and didn’t go up. Anywho, we still have Ninja Nonsense as
a screener and will have more stuff for the near future.
Note for the future
Folks, let’s keep to the topic in which we got together about shall we? I realize there are
gamers in this group but if you want to discuss the latest
online RPG then please do it outside of the
formal meeting.
If you want more or better variety of activities send a suggestion to our email address.
Note for all other readers
Please submit any URL’s pertaining to your group (anime,
Dr. Who,
Harry Potter, etc.) to this address
so we can add it to our URL list at the end of the newsletter as we like to keep all our
friends and associates aware of such wonderful organizations.
Thanks in advance/Arigato Gozaimasu
Until next time anime fandom bow Sayonara!
Miscellaneous
We are still looking for a good manga artist to enhance our publication so if you know any
let them know we are in the market.
Take Care and May the best anime be yours!
- Also we are now looking for advertisers. If you know of anyone who wishes to advertise
with us, rates can be obtained by contacting me at the listed e-mail or by leaving an
inquiry on this website. Hopefully, with some
outside advertisers, we can keep the site and the newsletter going without batting an
eye.
